Community Futures Eastern Ontario is pleased to welcome Brad Quinn, Corey Norman and Denis Lapierre to the CFEO Board of Directors.

Brad Quinn is the Chair of the Prince Edward Lennox and Addington (PELA) CFDC and Founder and CEO of tng, where he has spent more than three decades working alongside Boards of Directors, CEOs and senior leadership teams across Canada. His work focuses on helping organizations navigate governance, strategy, leadership and organizational change with greater clarity, confidence and alignment.

Brad brings extensive experience in not-for-profit governance and a collaborative approach to working with boards and leadership teams. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen decision-making, clarify roles and priorities, and build healthier, more effective governance practices. His experience and perspective will be valuable as CFEO continues to strengthen its governance and support the Community Futures network.

Corey Norman is the Executive Director of Launch Kawartha and an experienced organizational design and innovation professional. For more than a decade, he has worked with organizations and their leaders to develop strategies, structures, systems and cultures that strengthen organizational capacity and support meaningful growth.

Corey's areas of expertise include organizational design, innovation, small business advisory services, team dynamics, strategic foresight, change management and project management. Through his work with Launch Kawartha, he brings a strong combination of entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation and community economic development experience to the CFEO Board.

Denis Lapierre is the Executive Director of ACCFutures and brings more than 15 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, businesses and economic development initiatives throughout Eastern Ontario, most recently as a Senior Business Advisor with the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade (MEDJCT). His career has provided him with a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing rural communities and the importance of collaboration in creating regional economic impact.

Denis has held leadership and advisory roles spanning economic development, business development, program management, employment and training, and stakeholder engagement. In his role with ACCFutures, he provides strategic and operational leadership supporting entrepreneurship, small business growth and community economic development across Akwesasne, Cornwall and the Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. Bilingual in English and French, Denis brings a practical and collaborative regional perspective to the CFEO Board.

CFEO looks forward to the experience, perspectives and leadership that Brad, Corey and Denis will bring to the Board as we continue working together to strengthen the Community Futures network and support economic development across Eastern Ontario.
