SOFII PROJECT SUMMARY
SOFII funding provided working capital to finish development of some key enterprise technology enhancements and to expand their sales team to increase their annual recurring revenues.
SOFII gave Tapplock critical non-dilutive funding to help us bridge to our next milestone. Without SOFII, we would have been forced to take an equity round at an awkward time when our anticipated growths have not yet been realized. Michelle and the board have done a thorough job of understanding our business, asking the right questions and supporting Tapplock in growing our team in Ontario.
