As an experienced baker and long-time side-hustle entrepreneur, Brad Katz dreamed of the day he could quit his full-time job and open his own restaurant, focused on serving tasty gluten-free options.

Roland grew up surrounded by the art of baking, inspired by his grandfather, a master baker in Germany. His passion for traditional baking methods has transformed into a successful bakery that brings quality and care to every product.

Jessica Spice opened the doors to Paragon of Play Learning Resource Centre in November 2023. A former ECE and current teacher & college course facilitator, Jessica wanted to better serve her community by offering a safe space filled with educational & enriching resources and activities for children, adults and families.

Founded by Victoria Jessup and Dara Bergeron, Kindred Coffee is a charming café located in the heart of Lindsay. It’s warm, welcoming atmosphere, along with made-to-order hot or cold brews, handcrafted specialty drinks, and a selection of small bites and sweet treats, make it a popular space for locals and tourists alike.

Wolfe Island Pub and Pizzeria, also commonly known as the WIPP, opened their doors in 2010 as James Kirkham identified a unique opportunity to become part of the Wolfe Island dining scene.

Patchwork Gardens, initiated in 2004 by Eric Williams, Ian Stutt, and Megan Joslin in Battersea, has transformed from a small vendor at a farmers’ market with a successful Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program to a significant player in the wholesale market.
