Entomo Farms is a human grade edible insect farm, now the largest company of its kind in North America. Its production enables this market to continue gaining traction, acceptance, and growth. Products include whole roasted crickets (organic and non-organic), whole roasted mealworms, cricket powders (organic and non-organic) and mealworm powders and a Bug Bistro Snack Pak and are sold packaged or wholesale.

SOFII provided funding for working capital for additional farming production, and to install advanced data tracking to improve yield; purchase advanced dehydration and grinding equipment to expand capacity; accelerate their BRC certification, a 3rd party food and safety standard required by the larger food companies.
